Deluxe Room (double bed)
I really liked the location; it is close to everything in London and there is access to buses and three underground lines within walking distance, it overlooks an amazing park and the area is very safe. I also really liked the service; the staff, especially Dante, were great, they are very responsive and will try their best to match any requests or answer any questions/concerns. The breakfats is delicious, the timing is convenient and the range is great. I really liked the hotel overall and would definitely be staying there again.
Although the size of the rooms and the amenities inside them are great, they are outdated and could do with renovations.
