Cosy room, great atmosphere (for those who like community), good cafe with big portions and choice for vegetarians, a local cat, children and pets friendly place. I like both, but if you don’t like any probably it’s better to avoid :) metro station is not far, the surroundings are not bad and the connection with central Paris is rather good (while metro is always full of people). The is a famous flea market nearby.
The girl at the reception forgot to prepare “picnic box” for early departure (to replace the breakfast that was paid but could not be used) even after a reminder, so it caused some inconvenience (I relied on reception and a box and didn’t have any other food and everything was closed at the airport because it was early morning). While other guys at the reception were nice.
